Today , 9th May , 2008 as all of us bowed to holy feet of poojya Manohar Baba on His b'day ( next day to Akshay Teej .... May 2008 is full of festivals ) , He is all energetic and full of enthusism even at age of 88 !
At the age of 88 in 2008 , Sri Manohar Baba is the most affectionate & Highest Order monk , Vrindavan (rather Braj / India / World as a whole ) can boast of today. As we link Hanumaanji with Lord Rama , so is the existence of Sri Manohar Baba linked with his Sadguru & Divine Personality Sri Balkrishandassji Maharaj, 20th Century's Lord Chaitanya : Sri Maharajji ) . After Sri Maharajji left for Golok on 24th May , 1995 , Sri Ghanshyamji (who used to play part of Lord Krishna or thakurji in RAAS ) took over the reins of Venu Vinod & TamaI Kunj, vrindavan Dham. Since most unexpected & sudden Nityaleelaleen of Thakurji , besides Deviji , Kusumji, Manormaji , most revered Manohar Baba is the Saint , devotees look for inspiration, guidance , blessings etc.
Manoharji was born in the night of AKSHAY TEEJ in May, 1919 (vaishakh shukla chaturthi ) . For example , this year Akshay Teej was on 8th may so His 89th B'day was today .....6 am stuti of Sri Nathji .Honour of His Birthplace goes to Maheshwar ( on the holy bank of Narmada, Nimar distt , MP ). His father was a Kul-purohit of Rani Ahilyabai & so as a Khandani Pandit , His family is very rich having acres of land , cattles etc. http://arbhatnagar.sulekha.com
In the young age , He led such a very disciplined , pious life that all were inspired. His grasping of Yajurved, Karamkand ,Ayurveda was so subtle that He passed KAVYATIRTHA EXAMINATION ( sanskrit ) with flying colours. Seeing His totally unselfish & Saintly attitude in 1935 , RSS requested Him for Social Work ,other philanthropic activities . He was honest & sincere to the core. But His mission in life was different--- to have Darshan of Lord Krishna. So He left RSS in 1942 and rather concentrated on daily poojan of Shivlinga by 108 belpatras, Yoga from Rangnaath guru ,Gayatri paath under instructions of Great Mahatma Kulkarniji , many other rituals etc. etc.
The great moment of renunciation came in 1945. A saint came to Maheshwar & like Chaitanya Mahaprabhu did Hare Ram Hare Krishan Kirtan in so ecstasy that He immediately left for Sri Banke Biharji temple, Vrindavan . Who knows He was Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Himself to bless the young soul Manoharji !!! Her niece Shashikant Mule( who too is a Sadhak & stays at VBN only ) gets nostalgic as she describes Her Chacha's journey from Maheshwar to Vrindavan ----
"If mother prepared food etc , His elder brother (and my father ) gave bus/train fare for journey for VBN . But as fire of renunciation was burning in Manohar baba , He returned everything politely. He reached VBN after 8 days completely exhausted , hungry & tired as had hesitation in asking even the Bhiksha . Afterall , He belonged to a very rich & well-to-do family. But the trauma was over as Mahprabhu Balkrishnadasji was eagerly waiting for Him to embrace Him for ever... humble bowing to God , His vibhutis alone can longer our healthy life , wisdom & intellect

No letter , no phone in 1945 , no previous introduction but Lord Krishna had designed the things in such a Divine way ! Actually , the above book is biography of Maharajji authored by our own Manoharji only . As we turn the pages after pages , Manoharji's subtle understanding of all Shastras mainly Srimad Bhagwatam , Gitaji & Ramayana impresses us most. In fact , it was Manoharji only who somehow managed Camera from somewhere & took 24 rare snaps of Maharajji 's Bhaav-dasha as Chaitanya Mahaprabhu used to have.
Thus it's no surprising that Maharajji recognised this jewel & enriched him with so many Lord Radha-krishna's leelas , divine experiences that since 1945 He is attached to Maharajji only. Such a clinching faith in one Sadguru ( EKSANT NISHTHA ) is rarest of rare kind in Kaliyug. Thus above linking of Hanumaanji with Lord Rama vis-a-vis that of Sri Manohar Baba with Sri Balkrishandassji Maharaj is only apt & most appropriate.

She had a vision for future . After , She left for Divine abode on 20th Feb , 1992 , most revered Manohar Bhaiyaji has cared for me like a mother . I am safe in His lap ---unworried & enjoying & pray Lord to endlessly keep on increasing time of this lap.......
