Heartiest congratulations to all Indians at home and abroad on b'day of our Great National Hero Sri Ramji, today on 14th April (MONDAY) popularly known as, Sri Ramnaumi.
As we celebrate Sri Ramnaumi today, most revered Sheela Bahinji has exhorted all to
i) Chant Sri Ramji's appearance -Aarti (bhaye pragat kripala .....) exactly at 12 noon today on Monday, 14th April
ii) & before that recite DOHAS 15 to 20 ( sapnehun .........birajat dou ) and from 183 to 205 (barni ...miti ) of BAALKAND , Tulsi's Ramcharitmanas .
As you chant Baalkand verses 183 to 205 from Goswami Tulsidassji's Ramayana, you will find that brothers Bharat-Shatrughan-Laxmanji were also born within minutes after Lord Rama's incarnation, so properly it's their Jayanti also.
Above verses 183 to 205 have other significance too. They depict actual birth of Lord Rama, brief mention of atrocities of demons, famous stutis JAI JAI SURNAYAK, BHAYE PRAGAT KRIPALA, childhood pranks of 4 brothers etc. also. Thus in Vrindavan on Ramnaumi day, it's a tradition to chant also verses 15 to 20 for glory of Lord Rama-Stagy , brothers Barajas-Shatrughan-Laxmanji & His Guru Lord Shiva-Parfait , disciple Hanuman , His native-place Ajodhya , holy river SANYO, all saints & devotees of Lord Rama. Name-glory (RAMA) has also been described.
At holy Dham Vrindavan, above is sung on Ramnaumi day between 9 to 10 am .After that, revered Bhaiyaji-Sheelaji & all Saints do sing
• kirtan " JAI JAI SIYA-RAM……."
• & also famous Sri Ram stutuis like THUMKA CHALAT, RAMCHNDRA KRIPAALU BHAJMAN etc
About 12 noon, all do head towards Anandass Baba ashram as He was great Hanumaana devotee and His serving deity (Ramji-Sitaji & family) have NEW dress each Sri Ramnaumi. Then, in the evening AGAIN Sriram kirtan is held between 4 to 5 pm. Thus on this pious Sri Ramnaumi day let all of us humbly bow at holy feet of Ramji-Bharatji-Shatrughanji & Layman. That way, Sri Sitaji -Hanumaanji -Lord Shiva -Parvati will be too happy!!!
PS :-- Just would like to share that it was on most
pious Sri Ramnaumi day in 1972 that Srila Prabhupad established
International Society of Krishna Consciousness ( ISKCON ) and thus
many TV channels are showing DIRECT telecast of Sri
Ram-poojan from Mumbai ( Juhu beach ) Hare Krishna temple.
2) Swami Ramdevji says "My mother gave me name Ramakrishna and I
requested my Guruji to retain Ram on renunciation 14 years ago.
Thus Guruji named me as Ramdev. Only a few know that I took
Sanyas only on Ramnaumi so it's my ( actual ) 15 th Birth year
today .
3) Sri Ram is one hero that not only all Indians but whole humanity is proud of. Where else you shall find Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram? My Sri Ramnaumi greetings to all NRIs also. The great contribution of Lord Rama towards integration of India has been largely forgotten. He traveled all over India barefoot : from Ayodhya to Panchvati to Sri Lanka , befriended all types of people including tribals and tapped forest resources of India by channelising energies of even monkeys & bears. And as a human-being, His actions, behaviour were just ideal. He was a perfect son, brother, husband and a king. His divine rule, termed as "Ram-rajya" was steadfast in justice to all citizens. Thus no exaggeration that He is hailed as " Maryada Purushottam " and all over world wherever His life-drama ( Ram-lila ) is enacted , spectators are full of tears , awe . So on this auspicious occasion of His advent day , popularly known as Sri Ramnaumi , let us remember Him as National Hero who made India proud by His selfless actions , most ideal behaviour , unparalleled valour and unique protection of dignity of all Humans as a King.

One of the main reasons of hyperacidity is gluttony. Besides gluttony, the use of extra condiments, more than necessary chilies, eating more fried items, lack of salad and fibers in the food, not consuming milk(other dairy products), dislike of consumption of fruits, to eat at odd hours, to eat without proper chewing, to eat hurriedly, to eat while talking and lack of exercise all are the additional reasons responsible for bad digestion and acidity.
A man must eat just enough to fill half of his stomach; one fourth stomach should be filled with water and remaining one fourth be kept empty for the gas.
