A) From: Radha Krishna  >
How to associate with the Lord  Rama

Ramji's life, God's activities, pastimes, if we hear, that means we are associating with Ramji.   There is no difference between His form, His name, His pastimes, and Himself.  He is absolute.   Therefore, either you chant the holy name of Rama or you see the statue of Rama, or you talk of His transcendental pastimes, everything, that means you are associating with the Supreme Personality of Godhead.  We take advantage of these days when the incarnation of God appears or disappears, and we try to associate with Him.

(B) Thus let us most humbly bow  at holy feet of all of them .
--  Lord Rama      , Bharat-Shatrughan-Laxmanji - Lord Hanumaan   --   sage Yagvalkyaji   and  Goswami Tulsidassji  .....after listening to Sunderkand at CHITRAKOOT  :---

"The Transcendental Divinity , That Is Lord Rama"- Swami Sivananda
Sri Ramnavmi (April 14, 2008)

"The Name of Lord Rama is the greatest purifier of the heart. It wipes away all one's sins. Not only this, but it wipes away the sinful tendencies as well. The Name is sweeter than the sweetest of objects. It is the haven of peace. It is the very life of pure souls. It is the purifier of all purifying agencies. It quenches the consuming fire of worldly desires. It awakens the knowledge of God. It bathes the aspirant in the, ocean of divine bliss. Glory to Sri Rama and His Name!.......

".....Righteousness is the spiritual spark of life. Cultivation of righteousness is the process of unfoldment of the latent divinity in man. The glorious incarnation of the Supreme Being in the form of Lord Rama has exemplified the path of righteousness. Let mankind follow His footsteps and practice the ideals cherished by Him, for it is only thus that there can be everlasting peace, prosperity and welfare in this world."

"None but the righteous can be truly happy. None but he who has the correct sense of duty and the will for its implementation can be said to live worthily. One must be imbued with a definite conviction about the supremacy of moral principles, ethical values and spiritual ideals. These ought to guide one's day-to-day actions and serve as powerful means for the culture of the human personality. That is the purpose of life. That is the way to Self-realisation. That is the message and the mission of Lord Rama's Life on earth......"- Swami  Sivananda << More>>

Sri Hanuman Jayanti  (April 20, 2008)
"Hanuman was the living embodiment of the power of Ram-Nam. He was an ideal selfless worker, a true Karma Yogi who worked desirelessly. He was a great devotee and an exceptional Brahmachari or celibate. He served Sri Rama with pure love and devotion, without expecting any fruit in return. He lived only to serve Sri Rama."

"Hanuman ranks first amongst the heroes of the world. His heroic deeds, wonderful exploits and marvelous feats of strength and bravery cannot be adequately described. He is a Chiranjeevi. He is everywhere. He who has eyes and devotion beholds him and receives his blessing"....... Swami Sivananda << More>>

Early Morning Meditation talks from "Ponder These Truths"  by
 Sri Swami Chidananda

"Surrender"
" It is our ego-sense that we surrender, the idea "I am doing." We surrender our self-will and put ourselves into His hands, so that we act as He dictates, we act as He teaches. So action is there, but no more self-will, no more action prompted by the mind, but action according to the will of God, according to the wisdom teachings of God and His saints."

When you put yourself under the will of God and His wisdom teachings, then you are a self-controlled person. You will not allow the senses to do whatever they wish or the mind to do whatever it wishes - Swami Chidananda.....<<More>>

Health Topics" from a Book " Yoga & Health " by Swami Adhyatmananda

"Hyperacidity"
One of the main reasons of hyperacidity is gluttony. Besides gluttony, the use of extra condiments, more than necessary chilies, eating more fried items, lack of salad and fibers in the food, not consuming milk(other dairy products), dislike of consumption of fruits, to eat at odd hours, to eat without proper chewing, to eat hurriedly, to eat while talking and lack of exercise all are the additional reasons responsible for bad digestion and acidity.
A man must eat just enough to fill half of his stomach; one fourth stomach should be filled with water and remaining one fourth be kept empty for the gas. Performance of  Kunjal Kriya , Bhujangasana, Shalbhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Jalandhara bandha, Suryanamaskara, and Shavasana regularly with  proper control of food intake and the use of medicine in some cases definitely brings in happy and composed health. - Swami Adhyatmananda << More>>

Glories of Divine Name

"Rama Nama burns ignorance, passion and sin. With knowledge or without knowledge, correctly or incorrectly, when the word "Rama" is pronounced, it showers a rain of good on the devotee. Sri Rama Brahma Tarakam: Sri Rama is Brahman who takes one across Samsara. Rama is one in whom yogins sport (Ramante) i.e., the Self within. Once you take refuge in Him, your welfare becomes His responsibility."- Swami Sivananda

"Indeed the power of God's Name is simply marvelous. It can take man to the highest and loftiest truth of world existence. The Name grants him a state of unalterable freedom, bliss & peace."- Papa Ramdas

"What is it that can link us with that which is beyond thought, speech and mind, beyond the grasp of the intellect? The path of the Divine Name in this Kali Yuga is the supreme, the least complicated, the most efficacious, unfailing, simple and powerful path."- Swami Chidananda
